Virtual classes are live, interactive, face to face sessions that connect us using our wifi-connected devices, ie, laptop, tablet, iPhone, etc. It's just like going to the yoga studio to take your class but never leaving home or wherever you are to do it! You'll enjoy personal, professional instruction that allows you to experience the benefits of yoga with compassionate guidance and at your own pace.
How to take a virtual class: All you need is a wifi connected device like a tablet, desktop, iPhone, laptop, and a little space.
1. Find the class you want to take from the "Book A Class" page 2. Book it. 3. Take the class.
We will be using the free Zoom or Muvyu platform to connect, depending on which class you select and which platform you prefer. Don't worry if you've never used any of these platforms, they are both easy and free to use. After booking, you will get an email confirmation with login instructions. When it's time for your class, just log in, you're all set to begin your class!

Online Gentle and Chair Yoga Classes are designed for all abilities and for all levels of fitness. Each class is 1 hour in length.
