Virtual classes are live, interactive, face to face sessions that connect us using our wifi-connected devices, ie, laptop, desktop, etc. It's just like going to the yoga studio to take your class but never leaving home or wherever you are to do it! You'll enjoy personal, professional instruction that allows you to experience the benefits of yoga with compassionate guidance and at your own pace.
I use the Moxie.xyz platform as my virtual studio and to hold my online classes. Moxie Studios are optimized for laptops & PC browsers. You can also join Moxie Studios on certain tablets and mobile devices. You can also test the compatibility of your device here. before signing up for classes.
How to take a virtual class:
You'll need a wifi-connected device like a desktop, laptop, and a little space. See above and test your connection. If there are no compatibility issues, you're ready to get moving with me!

1. Find the class you want to take from the "Book A Class" page.
2. Sign up for a free account on Moxie and Book your class.
3. Take the class.
After booking, you will get an email confirmation with login instructions. No downloading needed. When it's time for your class, just log in, you're all set to begin your class with me!
