Virtual classes are live, face-to-face meetings that connect us using our wifi devices, i.e., mobile phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, etc., and certain web platforms like Skype, GoToMeeting, Facebook Live, Zoom, or others that allow live interaction. I use the Zoom platform for all of my online classes. It's very easy to use for both the student and the teacher.
You'll enjoy live, personal, and professional instruction that will allow you to experience the benefits of yoga with compassionate guidance and at your own pace.

1. SIGN UP for the class you want. (View my virtual classes below) *24-hour advanced booking required. If you don't see a class that meets your schedule, I'd be happy to arrange a more convenient time for you. Just contact me.) Upon your first sign up, you'll be creating your free account and asked to sign a waiver.
2. After booking your class, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to join the class. Keep this link safe, you'll need it to join the class at start time, via Zoom, where your class will take place. It's helpful to create your free Zoom account beforehand and to arrive a little early to make sure everything is running smoothly. 3. TAKE THE CLASS! Grab your mat, blanket, blocks, pillows, or anything else you feel you might need to support your practice. You're all set! Click the "join" link from your email and let's get moving together!

This gentle, head-to-toe yoga workout will help you stay in shape and feel your best while using the support of a chair for seated and standing yoga postures. It's great for anyone with limited mobility and for those who prefer not to practice down on the floor! Learn to combine movement with the breath while reducing stress and increasing circulation. Develop a better range of motion and improve your posture, strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and relaxed! Equipment needed: Sturdy chair (preferably armless) and a little space.

This gentle yoga class will help you release those kinks and snags that can accumulate in our bodies and mind from everyday life. Nurture yourself by slowly stretching out tight muscles and loosen stiff joints. Improve flexibility and strength gradually at your own pace. This practice includes reclining, seated, and standing postures that combine physical activity and inner stillness. You’ll learn to combine movement with the breath, work on balance, reduce stress, and develop a better sense of body awareness and peace within. You can use a mat, blanket, blocks, props, and anything you might need to support yourself throughout the practice, but a mat and a little space are all that’s required.

Experience a personalized, private yoga session designed just for you. Work on achieving your specific yoga fitness needs and goals at your own pace with professional, compassionate, nurturing guidance. I'll help you feel and be your best regardless of age, shape, and any limitations you may have.
